The data controller is Euro Airport Ride. For any privacy matter — including the data requests described in clause 6 — contact us at support@euroairportride.com.

When you book or contact us, we collect:

• Booking details — name, email, phone number, pickup and drop-off locations, date and time, flight number, number of passengers, luggage, and any special requests you provide.
• Payment information — handled by our payment provider; we receive confirmation of payment but do not store your full card number.
• Communications — messages you send us by email, WhatsApp or chat, and our replies.
• Technical data — basic information such as IP address and device/browser data when you use the website, for security and to make the site work.

We share data only as needed to provide the service:

Drivers / transport subcontractors receive the details needed to perform your transfer (name, pickup/drop-off, time, flight, contact number) and may not use it for anything else.

Service providers acting on our behalf (processors) handle specific parts of the service on our instructions and are contractually bound to keep your data secure. They fall into the following categories:

• payment processing;
• website hosting, database and authentication;
• transactional email delivery;
• mapping and address lookup;
• analytics and advertising measurement (only with your cookie consent);
• an AI assistant that processes the chat messages you send it;
• cookie-consent management.

Authorities — where we are legally required to disclose data.

Some providers may process data outside the EU/EEA. Where they do, transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

We do not sell your personal data.

• Booking and communication data: kept while needed to provide the service and handle any related dispute, then deleted or anonymised.
• Accounting records: kept for the period required by Finnish law (generally 6 years).

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

• access the personal data we hold about you;
• have inaccurate data corrected;
• have your data erased (“right to be forgotten”), where applicable;
• restrict or object to certain processing;
• receive your data in a portable format;
• withdraw consent at any time, where we rely on consent.

To exercise any of these, contact us using the details above. We will respond within the time the law requires.

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encrypted payment processing and access controls. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to keep your data safe.

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies. Some are strictly necessary to make the site work — keeping you signed in, holding your booking in progress, and protecting against fraud — and are always on.

With your consent, we also use analytics and advertising cookies (via Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics and Google Ads) to understand how the site is used and to measure our marketing. We ask for this consent through our cookie banner when you first visit, and you can change or withdraw your choice at any time from the cookie settings link on the site. Non-essential cookies are not set until you accept them.
