Frankfurt Airport is Germany's largest aviation hub and one of the busiest in Europe, serving over 60 million passengers annually. The airport has two main terminals — Terminal 1 (Lufthansa, Star Alliance) and Terminal 2 (oneworld, SkyTeam, low-cost carriers) — connected by a shuttle bus and the Sky Line train.

Located just 12 km from the city centre, transfers reach the financial district in around 20 minutes outside of rush hour. Frankfurt's central European position makes it a frequent connection point for business travel, and pre-booked premium transfers are common for meetings starting on arrival.
